Lotus Behavioral Health is now accepting Cigna patients

Winter Springs, Florida –
Lotus Behavioral Health is excited to announce that we are now accepting patients with Cigna
Insurance. We know that this will open the door for a new group of clients to receive the help
and healing they need with insurance coverage. We are proud to partner with Cigna, a health-
insurance company that shares our values for whole-person healing. Lotus Behavioral Health is
now a part of their global support network with high quality care.
Situated in Central Florida, Lotus Behavioral Health’s facility serves the behavioral health needs
of teenagers ages 12-17 facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health
disorders. As adolescents recover and heal with individualized services and our specialized
addiction treatment, our 20,000 sq ft residential treatment facility will be their home.
Our staff is available to support families every step of the way, from the admissions intake
process to flexible payment options to the patient being discharged. We know that this process
comes with its challenges, but Lotus Behavioral Health is here to answer the questions you may
have.
Partnering with Cigna Insurance is part of Lotus Behavioral Health’s commitment to making it
easy for patients to receive the care they need in managing their substance use disorder. Give
us a call to determine eligibility and verify insurance coverage dependent on your policy plan.

Lotus Behavioral Health is a 501c3 registered non-profit with a mission to renew and restore
wholeness to the adolescent and their family impacted by the effects of substance use and
mental health disorders. Lotus provides a unique therapeutic experience. Our evidence-based
treatment focuses on a whole-person perspective that helps our clients delve into the core
issues of fear, acceptance, rejection, coping and thought distortion. We use a strong CBT
approach to give the client every opportunity to look within themselves and work towards
success. Our staff are experts in their fields and work to create an individualized experience for
all.
