Allie Bergere serves as Director of Admissions with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through the challenges of substance use, mental health, and recovery. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration with a minor in Health Sciences and has worked across a wide range of behavioral health settings serving adults, adolescents, veterans, and first responders.

Throughout her career, Allie has remained deeply passionate about helping families access high-quality behavioral healthcare with compassion, efficiency, and integrity. With extensive experience in admissions, intake coordination, patient advocacy, and team leadership, she is committed to ensuring every family feels heard, supported, and confidently guided throughout the process of seeking care for their loved one.

Allie’s approach is rooted in empathy, clear communication, and genuine connection. She believes healing begins with trust and is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming environment where adolescents and their families feel supported from the very first phone call.
